Overall the website design looks very good, just a couple of improvement that I think you could make:
1. The reset password page does not seem to work, or at least it does not “catch” if the e-mail address which you enter is already registered or not. I’m referring to this page:
http://www.launchfocus.com/reset-password/
For example if you enter [email protected] as the e-mail address and click on the “Submit” button the page is simply refreshed, but nothing happens, it should give an error message that no such e-mail was found in the user database.
2. On this page:
http://www.launchfocus.com/#bottom
It would be better if the links are working if you click on the icons as well, not only on the text. For example say with the last one that say “Other” – it would be logical to make the phone icon clickable as well, the same goes for all the other sections.
3. The icon space on the member’s page can be optimized better. I’m referring to this page here:
http://www.launchfocus.com/members/
At the moment on the first page you can see only 5 users, but all the space to the right of them is empty as well – that can be optimized to show at least 25 user on each page (presuming that you have 5 lines of users with 5 users listed on each line).

Looks great.
(A consideration) Are all the pics in high definition? I am sitting at a Starbucks and noted that it takes some time to load all the pictures in the blog page, for example. If users are accessing your site using a mobile device, this could suck up a lot of data.
