Layer issue

Hi,
I use your great plugin for my WP 3.4.2 and BP 1.6.1 web. I don’t know why but the layer function does not work fine enough. Please take a look to my screenshots:

1. This screenshot 1, parts of the bottom cannot be seen

2. This screenshot 2 is the way I like, but curiously enough only for the groups above
