Layers Sizes not responsive

My Layers have a size on desktop view that I find ok, standard size of the full video background template, but when going on mobile view, the size is too small for comfortable reading.

Is there a way I can change the sizes of my layer content so that mobile has one size and desktop has another size?

Layer content is on every slide of the slider except the first one.
