LayerSlider – Catalogue Description / CSS

    Is there a way to add a “LayerSlider” shortcode to the Description Area in the catalogue settings? I tried inserting the shortcode e.g. [layerslider id=”1″] but to no effect. Would this have to be built into the CSS?

    Essentially I would like a slideshow as the header on the main catalogue page but I don’t want that slideshow/header to appear on the product page (too distracting). This is why I can’t use the page header as an option.

    Or can the product page use a different “page shell” than the catalogue?

    Hi bhall,

    It doesn’t look like that would be possible at this time, but it would be a relatively simple addition for us to make. We’ll add it to our feature suggestion list and it should be possible after the next update or two.
