LayerSlider Issue After Updating PHP

Hi there,

After updating my website’s PHP, the LayerSlider plugin no longer will allow me to view slides. They appear fine on the live site, and on my WP dashboard I can see the basic ones I’ve made, but when I click on one to edit it (e.g. “Homepage Slider”), I am taken to a blank screen. Is this a PHP issue?

LayerSlider has let me know it needs to be updated, but apparently in order to do that they need original information on when you bought their product, and I don’t have that. (I didn’t create the site or set it up–I have no idea who originally installed LayerSlider on it.)

Any thoughts on this? Should I contact LayerSlider? I’m probably not asking in the right spot but I thought I’d start here.
