LayerSwitch button

I have quite a few maps and layers on the second map on the referenced page, but I cannot get the layers ‘menu’ to collapse to the small layers box in the upper right-hand corner. It seems to work on a tablet or phone just fine, but on Chrome Firefox and Edge the layers and maps do not collapse to the smaller layers ‘box’

Is there a setting I am missing?
