    Hi,

    this morning i updated SiteOrigin PageBuilder to the latest version. after the update, all my pages are shown properly in output, but if i go in the editor to edit something, the Layer Builder widgets windows are empty: i can just see sometimes a “0”, or see the same labels in the right column (layout, mobile layout, design,…) shown in the place of the content and nothing else.

    I urgently need help, as i urgently need to edit such page blocks.

    Hi Mirko

    Please, try seeking a working baseline. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin?

    Hi Andrew,

    i noticed that the problem occurs randomly. When it occurs, the only way is to deactivate all plugins, OR to flush the browser cache. In both cases the situation reverses to normal; anyways, after some refreshes or updates (of any page) suddenly the problem newly occurs.

    No difference whether I flush browser cache or deactivate plugins: it happens in the same way and same (random) frequency. For example, i re-activated all the plugins and the editor worked for almost an hour (nearly 10 page updates/refreshes), then it stopped again. then, i flushed browser’s cache, and started working again.

    thank you for reaching out.
    I’m still testing: at the moment the problem did not happen again, but i had less chances to edit the pages. Let’s see in the next days when i’ll have other chances.

    If the issue re-occurs, perhaps try checking the browser console while editing the Layout Builder. You can do by following the steps outlined here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. Errors will be displayed in red text.
