I am afraid you can’t set separate single product pages based on each category, but you can design and set individual product page layouts using the pro version of the plugin.

OK, thanks so I need to set layout for each product if I want different layout?
So I can’t use layout A for products 1,2,3 and layout B for products 4,5,6

Yes, if you want different layouts, you need to create them and set them for your products from their corresponding edit screen individually.

Actually, no. You can use layout A for products 1,2,3 and layout B for product 4,5,6
To do so, you only need to create 2 layouts (i.e., layout A & layout B) and assign them to the products you want.
In other words, you can achieve this by navigating to the product edit screens of products 1,2,3 one by one and then assigning layout A for each of them.
