Layout choice not working

    I am using a StudioPress theme called Modern Portfolio.
    I’ve run into a problem with choosing the page layout I want for my blog versus the other pages on the site.

    I’ve set in the Genesis theme the layout to be without the sidebars.

    And then on the blog page I’ve selected sidebar to the right only in the layout choice on that page.

    However, no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get the sidebar showing on that page only and not any other pages.

    Can anyone help me please?

    Are you posting here because StudioPress don’t provide you with support?

    No-one there, as yet, has been able to answer my query.

    We have no access to commercial themes, so likely know less than you do.

    Ok, thanks – so you believe it would be a theme issue rather than WordPress then? I’ll have to keep at them to find out the reason why.
