    Hi, it doesn’t show the Layout, the output is just this:

    Hello,

    Can you provide us with information on how you place the shortcode? E.g. in Tab Module or Text Module?

    Within an Ad via Advanced Ads Plugin. It’s set to post insertion after the 7th paragraph.

     Hi, can you try replacing ” with ” ? It’s a small difference, but this can cause issues.

    WP Texturize is already off, the curly quotes get added once i hit post in the forum. On my end, they are just normal. The code i posted was exactly how it was given out by the plugin (Copy & Paste)

    @gooloode Yes, now I see same happened with my post.

    From what I understand, issue is happening only with this specific shortcode and others work fine?

    If yes, can you please install Helper plugin and open a support ticket and check a box to grant us remote access to your site so we can investigate what is happening?

    We tried to replicate the issue with the free version of the plugin and everything is working correctly.
