Layout elements doesn't appears

    On my slideshow, the layout elements doesn’t appears, as next/previous buttons, slideshow border, background information etc. Nevertheless, the slideshow is working well. The photos, the thumbnails, and subtitles appears usually. How can I fix it?

    Some days ago, the slideshow was usually displayed in my page.
