layout features not working with custom post type

Hello – I’m trying to use your plug-in to style components of a custom post type but only a few style rules are being recognized.

My process is to create and style a reusable component in the block editor and then add that component to a post in my custom post type.

If i were to output that reusable component in a Page post everything works fine, but several style rules are not being applied when I add that same component to my custom post.

Margin, padding, max-width, border, border-radius or even adding custom CSS, none of the rules are being applied.
