Layout gone after APC plugin

The responsive slider works perfectly when not adding APC to my wordpress website.
This is how it looks when no APC:
https://shar.es/1q3artNow when I add the APC pugin (copy object-cache.php to wp-content folder) and refresh the page it looks like this:
https://shar.es/1q3ae3It’s not a slider anymore and the image is to large. Also the text is not positioned correct. What is the problem of this?
