No, that’s not the problem. The form is well done and the images are side by side.
I tell you that your plugin does not work with infinite scroll mode. Fields are not formatted on subsequent pages upon loading

I took a look at the Page Source, and it seems you’re using the WP Rocket plugin. I recommend checking our guide with suggested settings to prevent a conflict between WPForms and WP Rocket.
