Layout with unwanted components

Hello Members of the Forum,
In my contact form I have a red circle with an inexplicable date.
I would like to remove this but I do not see where this can be set.
There is also a link that I do not get away: admin //
And also the block with the text at the bottom right:

Who can help me to remove this items?
