    Hi,

please info what does lazy load mean in your settings?
When we turn on “Optimized Image Loading” nothing happens, there is no lazy load on images, and fetchpriority=”high” is not set on LCP.

Lazy Load Background Images works but not on background images, then there are e-lazyload attributes in elements from Elementor.

What exactly do these options represent and how do they work with a lazy load option from another source?

    Hi @saznajmo,

Elementor’s lazy load options work as follows, ‘Optimized Image Loading’ enables lazy loading for standard images, while ‘Lazy Load Background Images’ targets backgrounds in sections, columns, containers, and some widgets.

The e-lazyload attribute is Elementor’s marker for elements to be lazy loaded. These settings don’t always set fetchpriority=’high’ for LCP images, as Elementor focuses on deferring offscreen images.

If you use another lazy load plugin, it may interact with Elementor’s system, sometimes causing overlaps or conflicts, so check your site’s behavior after enabling both.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

    1. yes, but as I wrote because I tested:

“Optimized Image Loading” does not work, because it does not apply lazy load to any images.

    2. So “Lazy Load Background Images” does not work on background images, but on sections and columns? Because no background image gets that attribute, only sections get it.
