Lazy Load feature

There is a lazy load feature in Hummingbird. Does this feature related only to comments or also images? I have images on my site so was wondering if enabling this feature can help with images also. I am asking this because I see the word ‘comments’ mentioned.

I want to avoid using another plugin just to lazy load images.
