How could I add loading="lazy" attribute to img tags?

The plugin already uses WordPress’ inbuilt lazy loading features unless something else overrides the setting. See: https://github.com/WebberZone/top-10/blob/master/includes/public/media.php#L246
Alternatively, you would need to write a function to filter tptn_get_image_html
