• Hi Guys,

I’ve been using this plugin – works great. This is the situation:

My company is relatively large – there are 4 ‘owners’, that operate in 4 different sectors: HVAC, Fire, Security, and IT. Everyone is on the same team within the same company, but each person has their own ‘business’ within the business, if that makes sense.

As we’ve been around since 1966, we’re refreshing our website. Currently users can select a dropdown box and select what their question is in relation to (HVAC, Fire, Security, or IT), then they fill out the rest of the form, and when they click submit, their email is sent to whichever email is tied to HVAC, or Fire, or whichever category they selected.

Although this works on a base level, there are certain sales guys within the company that sell the same type of product, AND, they represent a specific region of the state. So you can see, it can get kind of unfair. How can I make this so that, based on where the customer is based geographically in the state, and what specific product they are looking for, it is a totally fair process for choosing which email the inquiry gets sent to. We also need to have a database in the backend that keeps track of all inquiries in a list.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Patrick
