Lead generating – invoicing cart!

    Lead generating – invoicing cart! Is there any such WordPress Plugin? I usually use WooCommerce but my friend needs to intervene to manually calculate freight + GST (in Australia) and get back with a specific price.
    Has anyone done something similar to this before? Can Woocommerce be modified or can a webform & invoicing plugin be used here?
