Lead info not showing

Hi,
When viewing my lead’s list i was able to see First Name, Last name, E-mail.
Does not show the rest of the details i asked for. (Phone)
So i clicked on the lead to view it, and under Lead Information i see a blank box.
No details are in there.
The only place i was luckily able to view my expensive leads was in my e-mails.

Please let me know if you are familiar with this issue.
