Leads overview missing fields?

Using the Inbound forms, I want a simple list with leads which I can hand over to an external party. However, I only get a wordpress list of leads and the only field I see is e-mail, when I have 2 more fields in the form. (Screenshot)
How can I view a simple list and all fields?
