We’ll have to work on a sport file for American Football as it has a variety of unique needs. I am working on an update to fix some bugs and problems that a recent update introduced, but in a few days I should be able to put some time into something.

Here’s the start on a US Football sport file:

Drop that file into your ‘Sports’ folder in your LeagueManager installation and then go to your league preferences. You’ll now have four options for US Football, NFL, NCAA, High School (hs), and Football (fb). I added all four for future use, but they are all exactly the same at this point in what they display, how they sort games and how points are added. Actually, points as LeagueManager puts them on teams isn’t really relevant with US Football as we use win percentage to sort divisions, but I’ve left the points on the sport file so it can be used as a final tiebreaker should it be necessary and given teams one point for a win and nothing else.
The sort is based on Winning Percentage first, then point difference during games and finally points. Should two teams be tied with Win Percentage and point difference, you can manually add a point to a team if they won head-to-head or for whatever other reason you might have. Part of an future release will be the ability to choose tiebreaker scenarios, but for now, this will have to do…
