    Hi There!

    We are facing some serious trouble on our elearning plattform concerning ranks. We run our plattform with gamipress 1.6.2 combined with learndash. The problem seems to be upmost complex, as we have tried every possible database configuration.
    Our last rank, which is based on points just won’t show up (current_user rank). We have gone through every possible alternative condition, but it just does not seem to work.
    I’d love to give you more context, but in the first step I’d like to ask, whether it is a known issue that the last rank with the highest priority is not shown / not reachable by the user.
    We use Gamipress 1.6.2 but it just did not work with prior versions either.

    Hi @dannielelischer

    Last rank is completely reachable but sure issue comes from a misunderstanding of the “Earn points” event

    “Earn points” event is based on the amount of points user has earned, without take in count his current balance

    It means that If you has next setup
    Rank 1 -> Default rank
    Rank 2 -> Earn 100 points
    Rank 3 -> Earn 100 points

    User will be required to earn, first 100 points to reach Rank 2, and before earn again 100 points in order to get the Rank 3 (200 points in total)

    We are looking to introduce a new event based on the current user points balance instead of points earned on the coming releases
