Thanks Stirrell 🙂
I also heard that learning aout CSS first would be useful and found this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS (which based on your HTML recommendation is probably a good place to learn it).
Should I also know Javascript before learning JQuery do you think?

You don’t have to, what exactly do you want to learn with jQuery? If you just want to learn what the library can do then you only really need to understand the syntax of JavaScript.
Cheers Andrew. I’m not sure exactly. I’m doing a lot of changes on my website (www.learnandspeakenglish.co.uk) and I’m getting most of my help from a friend. She suggested I learn JQuery, but I didn’t ask why – I just figured I’d look for and start a course and then I’d find out 🙂
I’ll talk to her about it later and she what she says.
Cheers for your message, I’ll see what she says and go from there.

She probably just means learn the library, so for that I recommend going to the jQuery website and seeing their documentation: https://learn.jquery.com/
It’s fun just replicating animations: https://learn.jquery.com/effects/
