LearnPress cause me an HTTP 505 ERROR

Hi. I tell you what happens:
Hostgator tech support had to disable LearnPress in order to access my website. They told me that the HTTP ERROR 505 disappeared when they disabled the plugin.

I don’t know if that was due to an update, but I really need your help finding the problem because I sell through that plugin.
