Learnpress New support page

    Since Thimpress behind Learnpress changed support page address, there is no way to place a question via their support forum. Everytime I try to do so, I am automatically thrown out. So the page with the adress help thimpress com simply isnt working.

    I wonder if this is because all the PRO plugins I use from Thimpress is not updated.

    I would like to hear from Thimpress what is going out and what the new community forum policy on their site is these days.

    ps. I have sent email to Thimpress asking about this, via their contact form page, but still no repsonse.

    They cannot have that conversation here for customers, if you are their customer.

    For pro or customer support, please contact the developer on their site. This includes pre-sales information.

    As the developer is aware, customers may not be supported on this site.

    I am fully aware of that. But its the only way for me to send that infomation to them. I use some of their plugins.
