    Hi,

    Please deactivate the cache plugin on your site or cache on your hosting to check again.
    This is the JS error we found on your website: https://prnt.sc/IsKfUC_FSi2I

    Or you can try to switch to another default theme to check.

    Hi, thank you for your reply! I deactivated the cache plugin and on my hosting but the problem is still there.

    Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?

    You can try to install the Wordfence plugin to scan malware on your website.
    Then switch to another wordpress theme to check (we recommend using the 2021 theme).
    Note: Let’s backup your website before changing anything.
