    Hello Team,

We have set up a course with the Paid Memberships Pro Add-On for LearnPress. It was working fine, but after updating the LearnPress plugin from version 4.2.7.1 to version 4.2.8.2, the enroll button is not showing after purchasing the course, and I am not able to access the course.

Please let us know how to fix this

    Thanks,

    Hi Coderzzz,

Thank you for providing the version information.

The issue you’re experiencing might be due to an outdated version of the Paid Memberships Pro Add-On for LearnPress. Please try updating to the latest version, which is currently 4.0.8. After updating, please check if the enroll button reappears and if you are able to access the course.

    Best regards,

    Hi ricardocollison,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We’ve checked the page you provided and can see that users have the option to purchase the course as a guest, without needing an existing account.

Regarding accessing the course content, LearnPress requires users to have an account and be logged in to enroll in and access the course materials. This is by design, as it allows LearnPress to track and save the learning progress of each individual user. This functionality enables instructors to effectively monitor and assess the learning journey of their students.

    Best regards,
