I guess you are missing one minor thing.
** If you want to take one day leave, then you’ve to put same date on both fields (From & To)
Then it will count one day leave.

I have put that but It still count 1 day extra.
for example take a leave from 19 dec 16 to 19 dec 16 (mon).It counts 2 days leave.
another example take a leave from 19-12-2016 to 20-12-2016(mon-tue). It counts 3 days leave.
try the same example in your local setup.

@shawon: @bansariparikh is correct. In calendar it’s OK. The problem is in Leave Request list table. I’m fixing it right now.
