Please share a link directly to a page with the issue. From the one post I found, the TOC items were left aligned.
I visited the pages in a mobile emulator and two of my personal mobile devices and in all cases the TOC items where left aligned. Sorry, but I am not seeing the issue.
Maybe I described it wrong, the second title is using the whole width, which has big soaces between the words due to missing text I guess.
Sorry, I still do not see the issue described.

That is not being applied by ezTOC and does not occur when I view on my mobile devices. I suggest reaching out your theme’s support team. It is very likely them them is applying a style to unordered lists (which what ezTOC is) based on specific mobile devices.
Ok, thank you. Thought could be solved with a little CSS code.
Very likely, but, If I can not see the cause, I can not even begin to guess at what the fix would be.
