Left menu changes after click into post.

Currently I am using jQuery Accordion Menu for my page for my news release . As soon as I click into any of the posts within the left menu, the menu changes after the post finished loading and it is no longer a jQuery Accordion Menu type. I’ve been looking through the php files but I wasn’t able to locate the source.
