Leftover after removing the plugin (a folder)

    Hello Guys, I removed shield this way:
    1- Select “Delete All Plugin Settings Upon Plugin Deactivation”
    2- Deactivated the plugin

    3- Found Leftovers
    wpbq_icwp_wpsf_statistics
    wpbq_icwp_wpsf_spambot_comments_filter
    wpfm_icwp_wpsf_reporting
    4- Deleted those tables..

    The question is this directory related to shield? and is it safe to delete it?:
    public_html/wp-content/shield
