Legacy Donation Form error

    So whenever try to make donation with legacy form template it gives error of

    Error: An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again.

    but same donation form when i switch template with multi step it works why so can you please help me with that?

    Hi @rohan1811.

    Glad you reached out here.
    Whenever there is a payment error (declined card, etc) GiveWP displays an error on the front end to the donor and logs an error in the logs at Donations > Tools > Logs > Payment Errors.

    What errors are you seeing when you click on an individual error log entry there?
