Less secure apps blocked by admin

    Hi,

    i have my domain with WordPress.
    i have a GMAIL Suite with wordpress, so that my email has my domain in it.

    when i go into my gmail settings, to allow “less secure apps”. it says “This setting is managed by your domain administrator.”

    i presume my administrator is WordPress.

    so how do i get this setting changed, so that i can use my Gmail Suite on my bespoke software for sending emails?

    its ok, ive been on wordpress chat and the issue is resolved.

    i had to log into my gmail suite admin console.
    go to security
    go to less secure apps
    allow users to select that option for themselves

    then login with my email address in question, go to security, and turn ON less secure apps.

    appears to be working now.
