Mail successfully send in Gmail when Allowing less secure apps to access your account. why? Is Contact form 7 is a less secure plugin? Please give a clarification. Do I always turn on it in gmail settings to work this plugin?

No CF7 is not less secure. “Allowing less secure apps to access your account setup” is a sign that you have not setup your connection to Gmail correctly. I’d recommend you use Postman SMTP to help you do this.
