    My course began yesterday, and I had scheduled the first week’s lesson to publish at 12:01 am, which it did. However, when any of my students clicked on the link to access the lesson page, they got an error that said they don’t have access to the course, and that they would get access on January 16, 2024 (which was yesterday). This happened for everyone. (I submitted a ticket about this, but haven’t heard back yet, so thought I’d ask here, in case anyone else has experienced this — it’s time sensitive since class already started.)

    It sounds like you’re referring to scheduled courses or Drip content feature, which is a part of Sensei Pro — is that correct?

    If so, would you submit a ticket using our contact form specifying the email address associated with your Sensei Pro account? Please include site health information and as much information as possible, so we can reproduce it on our end. You can also refer to this forum thread, so we can pick up where we left off.

    Per ww.wp.xz.cn community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (e.g., Sensei Pro) in these forums. Plus, you get priority support via tickets, so that’d be the fastest way to get support from us.

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for your reply! I do have Sensei Pro, and submitted a ticket, but hadn’t received a reply at the time I wrote the above message, and was trying to figure it out under time constraints since the class had already started. I have since heard back from the Sensei Pro team and we’re working on fixing the problem.
