Thanks for the provided information. We have tested the same version of the plugin in WordPress 4.9 using default Twenty Fifteen theme and here is the result: http://prntscr.com/hd6ks0
As it is shown in the screenshot the Album view works properly.
Could you, please, try to deactivate/delete the plugin and install it again?
After that, please, clear the browser cache /ctrl+f5/
If this doesn’t help, we will be glad you to try to change your theme to one of WordPress default themes and check if the issue still exists or not. If you worry about losing the customizations done in the theme, please, mention its name and we will try to reproduce the same error at our end creating the same environment as you have.

I did the instructions you showed me but the problem remains. The theme used is “AccessPress Lite”.
I’ve done a wordpress downgrading from version 4.9 to version 4.8.3 and everything returns perfectly working. Here is the same page with wordpress 4.8.3

I also did another test. I installed the plugin on a different server, on a different site and with a different theme (AccessPress Mag Pro, version 2.2.0), and with version 4.9 of wordpress, the plugin (with player type = album only) does not work . Hi … thank me for my efforts … and in fact, the second “album” that I have shown (http://www.atleticacittabianca.it/main/test-page/), is a new album, l ‘I created it, that’s why the page is called “test page” and the plugin does not work with the latest wordpress update (4.9). With previous versions it has no problems. The screenshot you attach does not mean anything … it’s just a screenshot!
Hi, Video player does not work on Word Press 4.9. Please help. VideoPlayer with menus do not work. Single videoplayer without menu works.

We would like to inform that our team tried to replicate the problem you have faced by creating a Video player using “Album” view and updating it from the 4.8.3 to the 4.9 version but the problem didn’t appear at our end. If you need some proofs of that, we will be able to record a video for you to check plugin’s behavior at our end 🙂
By the way, we can see that you are using two shortcodes of the Video player on one page or post. This may cause the issue. Could you try to remove one of them and check if the issue exists or not?
Also, we will be glad if you try to deactivate/delete the plugin and reinstall it. The players you have already created will not be deleted thus you can use their shortcodes after reinstalling the plugin.

It has been more than one week, we are marking the ticket as resolved, because it is site specific and we have got no reply. Feel free to reply at any time with more information on this issue or un-resolve the topic if you do return to the ticket with a reply
I’ve uninstall and deleted plugin and deleted cache. Reinstall and deleted cache. Player will not work with play list feature. When it worked it was a really good player. I’ve uninstall and stopped using on my website.
