Level Upgrades

    We are using woocommerce for the orders and payments.

    Free Level works fine.

    Once they try and upgrade we receive the payment but the level is not upgraded.

    All settings under the woocommerce products are correct with regards to the Level they receive once ordering. The order status is complete but still their level is not upgraded.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you’re facing here @thoseitguys.

    The level pricing does not affect functionality when selling memberships through WooCommerce as WooCommerce handles all the billing/payments.

    Does this only happen on upgrades (existing users) or is it only happening for particular levels/products? Are you able to buy a non-free level as a first time buyer?

    Can you tell me more about your site setup such as the product type of the level in question and what payment gateway are you using in WooCommerce?
