Levels of threading?

    We’re looking for a Discussion forum to replace Disqus. We want something that we can run all in-house.

    One of the vital functions we have to have is multiple levels of threaded comments (or nested comments).

    For Example:
    Thread about Topic
    Response 1
    Response 2
    –Thread level 2 Response 2.1
    –Thread level 2 Response 2.2
    Response 3

    my plugin is an addon for the bbpress forum plugin, but that plugin does threded replies, although some themes don’t play nicely with that.
