GTMetrix suggests I should leverage browser caching for google maps.
Is it safe to do this as explained in https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/leverage-browser-caching-30/? Won’t this conflict with Autoptimize?

the solution proposed in that thread won’t help, as google maps is external (i.e. loading resources from another site) but the .htaccess is only valid for your local resources prettiggeleerd.
