Leveraging plugin to do a csv export

I understand this question may not be totally related to this plugin however I feel this plugin is offering most of what I want to do so this is a sort of pre-sale/future enhancement question.

I require the ability to be able to provide certain users the ability to export the directory results as csv from the front end of my site. Is this something anyone has managed to do or is it something that this plugin can do already that I may have missed? I could not find a similar topic in the forum history.
