    Hi
I recently performed a full website update and after some time, I noticed that the LFFS disappeared. However, it reappears after completing the checkout and entering a delivery address. I also had the same issue with the delivery methods not being displayed if the user accessed the site through a Google ad and didn’t provide any delivery address . I’ve now fixed this by hiding them before entering the address. I’m not sure how to solve the LFFS issue and need help.
I’ve set default client location in woocommerce to “country/region of the store” if it matters.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Vaisor,

The “Left for free shipping” notice (LFFS) is calculated based on the free shipping thresholds of the available shipping methods (it always takes the lowest threshold among them). If shipping methods are not considered available until the customer provides an address, the LFFS notice may also not be displayed until that moment.

    1. Confirm the LFFS display settings
    • Go to the relevant Flexible Shipping method and verify that ‘Left for free shipping’ notice (LFFS) is enabled.
    • In the same section, verify where it is allowed to show up under Display the LFFS notice on these pages (e.g., Cart / Checkout).
Details of these options are described here: Flexible Shipping – Shipping method – Free Shipping.
    1. If you use WooCommerce Blocks, place the LFFS block explicitly If your Cart/Checkout is built with blocks, use the Free Shipping Notice block (this is independent from the “Display the LFFS notice on these pages” setting). The block is also described here: Flexible Shipping – Shipping method – Free Shipping.
    2. Verify whether the shipping method is considered “used and displayed” before an address is entered
Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping settings:
      https://prnt.sc/5SnOWBepsqPo

To indicate the exact next step, I need some more details:

    • Are you using classic Cart/Checkout or WooCommerce Blocks there?
    • On which page do you expect LFFS to appear before the address is entered (Cart, Checkout, product pages, etc.)?
    • Please let me know which version of WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, and our plugins you have. Furthermore, please send me the name of your theme.
    • If possible, test the theme compatibility by switching to a different theme, e.g., storefront. Check if everything works correctly. I suggest doing this on the staging site.

    Looking forward to your reply,

    Best regards.
