LFFS notification with two options?

    Hi, great plugin! I’ve configured it to provide Flat Rates with two options per zone. For each of these there is also a Free shipping threshold. This appears to be working perfectly.

    However, the LFFS notification only displays for the lower tier. Once it is reached, there is no notification for the next tier. Is there a way to have this display?

    When it comes to the LFFS notification. Could you please reproduce that issue with the appropriate screenshots?
    Additionally, please provide the screenshot of the Flexible Shipping configurations’ methods.

    Sure. There is no way to directly upload an image here though? Just ‘Insert from URL’?
    I’ve uploaded 9 screen shots to WeTransfer which show:
    The UK Standard settings (2 images), UK Premium settings (2 images), UK Zone configuration, and the basket with value in it below the Standard shipping threshold, and the basket with value above the Standard shipping threshold for Free but below the Premium threshold for free. Does that make sense?

    Thank you for providing the details,

    The reason why you don’t see a second free shipping progress bar is that the progress bar, message is being shown only when none of the free shipping methods is available.

    If one of the shipping methods starts to be free, showing the progress bar with the LFFS information makes no sense, because the free shipping method is already available.

    This is the logic, the flow of the LFFS notice. Furthermore, no matter if the shipping method will be created within the Flexible shipping or the flat rate one(WooCommerce).

    Thank you, I understand your logic which makes total sense if there is only one free tier.

    But could there not be another tick box and another message to show, if the first free shipping tier has been reached but the second free tier has not? That must be possible (although it would require coding changes)?

    As it stands, customers are encouraged to buy more to reach the first free tier, but then there is no further encouragement to reach the second tier. That is a shame. There must be a way to change it?

    Thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately, for now, there is no available second checkbox. It would indeed require custom development in this case, which is out of scope from our side.

    I understand the importance of this feature. In this case, we would need to change the logic of the LFFS. Therefore, I have added it to our feature request list. We will notify you once we have introduced it.
