There seemed to be some sort of incompatibility with the theme I was using (Colorlib’s Sparkling). As soon as I changed the theme the plugin worked fine. That’s why you can see it working now. Still don’t know exactly what was the issue nor why it was fixed by changing the theme, but the problem is solved anyway.

Dear thipinheiro81,I guess there was a conflict with the theme, (with another plugin) in this case, you should contact the developers via this email address: [email protected], usually they help to solve the problem.
