Invalid URL link

    When I validate the links on my page I get these flagged:

    <link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//www.google.com' />
<link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//fonts.googleapis.com' />
<link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com' />
<link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//css.rating-widget.com' />
<link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//s.w.org' />

    I am told that the user of // like that is not a legal link. Either way, that particular link returns forbidden.

    These two it does not like:

    <link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//fonts.googleapis.com' />
<link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//css.rating-widget.com' />

    One of those links are related to your plugin. So please advise. Thank you.
