Liberapay

Hi,

It could be nice to add Liberapay (https://liberapay.com/). It’s an open-source plateforme which is similar to Patreon. Also, I guess that it should work like patreon to handle URLs (https://liberapay.com/user_name)

Also, I don’t clearly understand how the Mastodon share feature is handled. It opens URLs with a strange protocole ‘web+mastodon://’ how is it supposed to be handled?
