    Hello,

    I’m having an item_name_mismatch error when activating my Lifetime license.

    The API response returns:
    error: item_name_mismatch
    item_name: TranslatePress Developer

    The license is Lifetime and valid, but activation fails.
    It also appears to still be linked to tapirlodge.com.

    Could you please:

    • Reset the license activation
    • Fix the product item_name association
    • Fully remove tapirlodge.com from the license
