Licence Problem

Our web host creates a non standard domain for a staging site and Cleantalk does not like it re the licence.
I have added the staging site as the third site for our licence but I am going around in circles trying to register it.
Adding the access key I get this message: Error occurred while automatically get Access key. SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: An account connected to the website xxxxxx already exists. Please restore access to the account here….
