    trying to acquire licence for GRANDPack+
    After entering all the data, including credit card information, it returns to payment page again without accepting payment, no error msgs.
    rechecked the info entered, all correct.
    need your help.

    Tried right now with Chrome browser and the form works fine.
    Did you checked “I Agree with Privacy Policy” checkbox before Submit?

    yes I checked “I Agree with Privacy Policy”
    tried with chrome, firefox, edge ( all to the latest levels )
    with vpn & without vpn all the smae.
